Martha will be hosting UScience’s Fred Schaefer to discuss the Science of Fermentation!

Learn all about yeast and how they make alcohol by watching some amazing scientific demonstrations and experiments! It’s sure to be a very entertaining and educational evening.

We strive to be a friendly neighborhood bar that feature lots of homemade ingredients and sources the rest from our friends and neighbors. Specifically we offer hoagies, fresh vegetable dishes, cheese, charcuterie, pickles, sour beer, natural wine, draft cocktails and draft kombucha. We have a outdoor area with a bocce ball court, fireplace, guest accessible record player, and a cozy mezzanine lounge. Every Monday we have a free sampling during happy hour with a local producer.
